Welcome to the Colonie Golf & Country Club swim team,
called the Colonie Flying Fish.
Any member of the club, ages 6 to 15, can join in the fun
of the swim team.
The Tri-County Country Club Swim League includes 9 area
country clubs that compete against each other in late June
and through July, finishing with Championships at the end
of July.
Swimmers able to swim 25 yards on there front and back
are welcome to participate, and our trained staff will teach
the fundamentals of the different competitive swim strokes.
This is a fun environment, with parents cheering, grilled
poolside dinners and drinks, and awards for all
